Option description: Keep the HTML help project files for later modification.
With “Keep HTML Help Project” option checked, Word-2-CHM creates a sub-folder named “your chm name-Word-2-CHM-Files” in the destination folder. All files for recreating the HTML help file are in this folder.

These files will be overwrite when recreate the chm file. If you want to edit them, please copy them to a new location and modify them there.
